Visiting Hours at Rockville General Hospital
- General Visiting: 12 noon - 8 p.m.
- Intensive Care Unit (ICU): Five minutes, once an hour, 24 hours a day by family members only. Special exceptions to this schedule may be made for the immediate family members of critically ill patients.
- Pediatrics: 12 noon - 8 p.m. Parents and grandparents may visit any time. A parent wishing to sleep over may do so.
- The Birthplace: 3 - 4 p.m. and 7:15 - 8 p.m. Fathers and immediate family members may visit at any time. Fathers may sleep over if they so choose.
- Mental Health: 5 - 7 p.m.
Parking
Visitor parking is available in the lot directly across from the main entrance. If you prefer, you may use our free valet service - just drive right up to the front glass doors under the overhang.
Gift Shops
The gift shop at Rockville General Hospital is located on the ground floor of the hospital, just down the hallway from the entrance near the visitors' parking lot. The shop features a wide selection of gifts, cards, snacks, flowers, baby items, personal care items, toys, and more. Our gift shop is operated by our wonderful hospital Auxiliary. Because we are nonprofit, you do not pay sales tax at our gift shop.
